Welcome to the more-or-less official website for Sir John A's Gay-Straight
Alliance!
We hope to compile some useful info about our GSA, its members and
its goings-on, as well as resources for queer teens and their families and other things such as media representation and gay
entertainment. Like the GSA itself, this site is for the promotion of tolerance, understanding, and celebration of diversity-
all kinds of diversity. Although we call ourselves the Gay-Straight Alliance, we are more than happy to
accept all kinds of people, including bisexuals, pansexuals, asexuals, the transgendered and questioning, and queer-friendly
straights. (Really, we love everybody. It's just that "Gay-Straight-Bisexual-Pansexual-Asexual-Transgendered-Questioning-and-Queer-Friendly-Alliance"
takes too long even to type, let alone say.)

This site was created in 2005 by a dash cunning SJA student who goes by the online moniker "Mr. Lady" (mostly due to
a deep admiration of Le Tigre). It was neither set up by nor encouraged by the staff of SJA. In fact, they
probably don't like it much. Sucks to them!
